Job Coach Services is a supportive employment program designed to helps individuals actively seek, secure and sustain meaningful employment. Referrals must come through Working NB or the Department of Social Development.
The program builds client confidence, strengthens job search skills, and supports long-term workforce success. Job coaches provide personalized, one-on-one support tailored to each client’s goals and needs.
Participants receive help with:

- Job search and networking strategies
- Workplace readiness and job retention
Job coaches focus on motivating and guiding job-ready, case-managed clients, offering motivation and guidance to promote self-reliance and successful employment outcomes.
Pre-Employability Services (PES) is a social development initiative focusing on empowerment, motivation, and self-discovery.
Facilitators help participants realize success through identifying key skills and experiencing awareness, which builds self-esteem, confidence and pride.
PES consists of 3 programs: In Motion, Reconnect and Maintain and Momentum.
In Motion highlights self and the finding of one’s future whilst Momentum builds on the vision and focuses beyond self and into the community.
Career transition centers offer management of on-site or remote service centres for job seekers and/or displaced workers.
Transition centres offer a variety of services and resources to help workers transition back to work. Individual or group on-site or remote career transition programs that are flexible, practical and personalized to meet specific needs. Business slowdown, restructuring, merger or even business closures are among the various reasons that sometimes force the dismissal and layoff of workers.
